Marshall University is a public, R2 doctoral-ranked university with a beautiful 358-acre campus on the banks of the Ohio River in Huntington, West Virginia. With approximately 11,300 students (of which approximately 445 are international students), the university offers more than 120 undergraduate and graduate programs in faculties such as Engineering and Computer Science, Business, Pharmacy, Health Professions, Humanities, Sciences, and Humanities.

Annual research funding exceeds $68 million. The University is home to the only Cyber Security Institute in West Virginia and places a strong emphasis on innovation and applied learning.
