Founded in 1904, the University of Leeds is recognized worldwide for its outstanding standards in teaching and research and is a member of the Russell Group of leading UK research universities. With around 38,000 students, the University is highly international, with students from more than 170 countries. The campus is spread over 98 acres, close to the city center.

The location is good for transportation: Manchester and Leeds Bradford airports are close by, and London can be reached by train in just two hours.
