About this programme

St Giles Family Programme, London Highgate

The Family Programme – London Highgate is a special programme that enables families to discover London’s historical and cultural treasures whilst learning English together. This programme is designed so that children and parents can learn together and places a strong emphasis on family participation. Lessons are planned to provide 20 hours of English tuition per week and are supported by interactive and practical activities, aiming to develop the language skills of all family members.

The programme is run by St. Giles and takes place in the Highgate area of London. Through full-day and half-day excursions, students and their families have the opportunity to explore the city’s iconic landmarks and cultural venues. In programmes that include accommodation, evening activities are also organised; film nights, group games and social activities encourage families to spend time together and socialise. At the end of the programme, all participants are awarded a certificate of completion, confirming their learning. The Family Programme – London Highgate combines language development with a family experience.
